Energy
In my hometown of Clarksville, we have been able to merge green energy and job creation.
This year, Clarksville was chosen as the site for a $1.2 billion dollar polysillicon manufacturing site- solar energy. Tennessee can become a leader in the American quest for energy independence.
Our manufacturing bases in places like Clarksville and other smalls communities can incorporate new agricultural methods of producing and researching alternative fuels with the technological innovations found at places like Hemlock Semi-Conductor.
Tennessee is poised to lead America out of it's dependence on foreign oil, and we can create jobs to keep families close to home.
